Problem:
When I apply a wrappack against my Net Express product where I have already installed Micro Focus Net Express with .NET, it reinstalls the .NET piece. Is this suppose to happen and if so why?
Resolution:
Yes, this is done by design. The All WrapPack installs the .NET piece if it finds it installed on a users machine. It will always install the .NET piece, even if the same version is found. This helps to fix broken installs of .NET.
