Error: Object doesn't support this property or method

This is a Microsoft error.

Resolution:

Go into Regedit and go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

  SOFTWARE

    Microsoft

      Internet Explorer

         ActiveX Compatibility

and delete the key labeled

{ADB880A6-D8FF-11CF-9377-00AA003B7A11}

Close down Help, start up Help, and the links will now likely work.
