Why does the blink clause not work correctly?

Problem:

When this statement is run

       DISPLAY "TEST" WITH BLINK AT 0101.

there is a gray colour back ground - is the a limitation?

Resolution:

Unfortunately, BLINK is not a supported capability under Windows
