Hi! We are using the Mapiland.dll to send email out of our software.  As of late, we are having issues because Outlook is being installed as 64 bit, and Mapiland is only 32 bit.  Is there a 64-bit mapiland out there in the world?  Right now our work around is to tell the customer to re-isntall their outlook as 32-bit, but we shouldn't have to be telling our customers that...

Anyone have any ideas of what I can do?

Amy,

Since you are on Windows, why not simply use a VBScript and CDO (Common Data Object) which you invoke with C$SYSTEM.  (You can wrap this to emulate the Mapiland interface, thereby eliminating large scale changes to your existing code.)

So I would use this VB script and CDO instead of mapiland?

Can you give me some more examples?  I don' t know how to write VB script at all.

Maybe this will help.  This is an RM/COBOL solution.  Not sure if you are RM or Acu.
