I did put CALLFH(ACUFH) on Aditional Directives and gave me this error:
Error COBCH0865 : Failed to find system program 'ACUFH'. Could some bodie tell me what this mean.

Try it with double-quotes:
CALLFH("ACUFH")

I did with doble-quotes and Still doing same error. This option works only with NATIVE option or works with MANAGED to?. Because I did try with Managed. Where I can define the route of acufh

The RM and Acu/Vision filesystems can only be accessed via native code. We are looking at ways to make them available in managed code.

From a managed-code program you can call a native-code program to handle your file I/O operations.
