Resolution:

SmartCOM is often used to access integrated host and application data delivered from EnterpriseLink through VBScript in a Microsoft ASP.

EnterpriseLink comes with an example of accessing a host application from VBScript instead of from a Web page. This example, smartcom.asp, is in your EnterpriseLink installation folder under the scripts subfolder.

To run the example, you use the sample repository provided with the HollisCOM application. You can start the example with the URL http://localhost/stdocs/ssdemo/smartcom.html. This simple form accepts two inputs from the user and then invokes the ASP application.
