Problem:

Installation is completed and configured, however when trying to use the product the following error occurs:

EL00003 EnterpriseLink Server: Cannot connect to the EnterpriseLink repository

There is no problem connecting to the database directly using the ODBC driver but inside Enterprise Link the error occurs.

Resolution:

The ODBC driver that was installed came from EasySoft. This version of the software was not compatible with Enterprise Link. EasySoft provided an updated module and the problem was resolved.
