Problem:

Older versions of OnWeb Server for iSeries do not have the capability to auto start. Users have to manually start OnWeb Server every time the iSeries restarts.

Resolution:

With OnWeb Server 7.2.5 and above, customers can edit their QSTRUP program on the iSeries to automatically start the OnWeb Server. Example code for a default installation that used the naming convention ONWEB:

STRSBS ONWEB 
MONMSG MSGID(CPF0000)

OnWeb Server and the Apache Web Server will be started automatically via the addition of STRSBS ONWEB.
