Moving from SCO to Linux is considered a change of platform and requires that you contact your Sales Account Manager for assistance. 

And I can assure you, the amount you spend on having an installation for the correct platform will be much less than the cost of trying to use a SCO installation on a modern Linux platform.  (Hint: the license is specific to the platform!)
