Problem:

when trying to connect  - when connecting to the  host running - the red "waiting" message stays on

Resolution:

  when walking thru the loader process, was not typing in

"localhost" as host name was only typing in the port number

this should be localhost if running on same machine as loader

or a host name like the server name or the ip number of the host running
