It would seem that the entry in the odbc.ini file on the server does not point at the catalog file. Unfortunately I am unable to view the Relativity documentation at this time.

I see that this message is from the Relativity Designer. The Relativity Designer does NOT support multiple developers at the same time on the same data source. Normally you get a message from the Designer saying that someone else has the catalog locked, so I'm a bit surprised that this is the message that you're getting. This message usually means that the data source that you are trying to open doesn't really exist or is corrupt in some way. I'll can see if we can reproduce this, but in the meantime, what we normally recommend is that individual developers work on individual catalogs and separate data sources. There is a merge function in the Designer that will allow you to merge the individual catalogs together.
