Since this is a new product, I would suggest raising this as an issue with customer support.

My guess is that Relativity Data Server has a couple ways of installing so that the Server is started upon system boot.  When neither of those mechanisms is found (perhaps due to Linux OS changes after 12.08 was finalized, or due to SUSE Enterprise customizations), then there is no reason to attempt to continue the installation.

Customer support can probably help you understand what interface must be present for installation to continue, as well as what might be needed to have Relativity Data Server operate correctly (i.e. start and stop)on this specialized OS.
