Remote Printing from Windows Server 2012

Hi! I have an application running on a Windows Server 2012. One of the users logs in remotely and is trying to print reports. Most of all the reports print 132 columns. They are running V12.07. In the past I set the raw mode in rmconfig and that would work. Now it doesn't even print. Any suggestions?

I would suggest a call to the technical support folks.
