rminfo.cpy bug or change?

Since runtime 7.03 i've been evaluating the field RM-UseCountInUse to know how many concurrent users are working on my applications under a network.

But then we have some clients that have been upgrading their runtime to 12.13 and superior.

The RM-UseCountInUse is not returning anything under RM 12.13.

Is this a known bug? or perhaps an installation problem? Do i need to evaluate a different fiield? has something changed?

If anyone can bring some light to this subject, many thanks in advance.

You may have found a bug, but there's something to note: The use counting is performed by serial numbers and, unless your version 7 and version 12 have the exact same serial number, they are not going to return the same use count. We were wondering if you ran the same program under version 7 and version 12 and were getting different numbers and that's what prompted your question.

Another thing to note is that at some point, on workstations we changed from counting individual runtime uses and just counted each work station. So this may also account for the difference.

Anyway, we're going to see if we can reproduce the problem here and get back to you. If you can supply more details about how to reproduce this problem, that would be helpful.
