It's not supported as 12.12 is quite old and predates Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.

However, there is no reason I can think of that it won't run. If there is a problem, it would be something introduced by Microsoft, like some kind of API removed for security reasons.

Again, we can't support this, but I can't think of any reason it won't work.
