Problem:

Moved from test to production server - now when client tries to start application

it goes right to the ssdisconnect screen

Resolution:

If you are receiving an immediate ssdissconnect, it usually means it is not reaching the host designated in the project settings.

Now that you have moved from test to production - check to see if the host name or IP number is correct - also very important the PORT number -  in the admin\\project  - edit project (application) in question
