Problem:
When using Rumba without a 'foreign' (non-english) keyboard sometimes you need to know how to type a certain foreign character without having to change or create a keyboard.map file. How do you do this?
Resolution:
All the different foreign letter types are available with the keystroke ALT nnn where nnn represents the 3 digits that creates the character by holding the ALT key down.
