Executing the Runtime after installing an amendment license causes the following error message to be displayed:

Use count exceeded (Loc 520) - Use count mismatch on local machine

This error can occur if you install an amendment license that adds use count while users are actively executing the Runtime.   The resolution is to either have all users terminate their Runtime sessions, or, reboot the server machine.

The amended usage count will take effect after all users have terminated their Runtimes, or, the server machine restarts.
