Problem:

What does XML-Status=050, Missing XML Parser mean?

Resolution:

On a Windows system, this would indicate that MSXML has not been installed.  XML Extensions normally installs MSXML when it installs xmlif.dll.  

You can also get MSXML directly from Microsoft.  Be sure to check the XML Extensions documentation for the correct MSXML version number.
