What is EnterpriseLink Builder?

Resolution:

The EnterpriseLink Builder is the authoring tool that allows a WebMaster to transform or RePurpose the application into a new form.  Alternatate views of the application can be constructed for any number of reasons:

Alternative views based on detail or header information

Alternative audiences such as IntranetUsers, ExtranetUsers, InternetUsers

Alternative devices such as browsers, phones, PDAs, WebClients

Whereas Loader is used when the HostApplication is immediately available, the Builder may operate off-line.  However, it still requires the presences of the EnterpriseLink LicenseServer to validate the authors ability to modify the application.
