When using Terminal Services, you can encounter the following error:  "Error invoking unauthorized copy of Runtime: Use count exceeded (Loc 518)"  This error can occur even if you have the correct number of named user licenses.

If you encounter a "Use count exceeded" message when using RM/COBOL through Terminal Services, but, you have not actually exceeded your named user license count, please contact Micro Focus Customer Care (support@microfocus.com), or, your Micro Focus Sales Account Manager.  This is a known issue that can be addressed through core based licensing.
