Problem:
I am trying to uninstall Web-to-Host version 6.3 and the error: "Win64 not supported" appears.
Resolution:
This only happens when both 32bit and 64bit versions of Java installed prior the installation of Web-to-Host 6.3.
In such case, in order to properly uninstall W2H, use the installer (thus as if you were going to install the product again) and choose 'Modify an existing instance' option. Then the product will be uninstalled.
