What fixes are included in the XML Extensions v12.05 (Websync 1) Patch available on the Product Updates page of the SupportLine Web Portal?

The XML Extensions v12.05 (Websync 1) Patch provides a fix for RPI 1074421.  The problem symptom was failure to fully export values when the source data structure being exported contained nested OCCURS clauses and the first item of the group in the OCCURS was “empty” (value of spaces for non-numeric or zero for numeric).
