We upgraded our development server to Universe 11.3.4 and one of my programmers wants to work with Basic Profiling, in particular the bpf program. Where do we find it? I had understood that it was available on this version, but it's not in $UVHOME\\bin.

Hi Phillip,
The BASIC Profiling functionality will be made available with the 12.2.1 release of UniVerse. It was introduced during the 12.2.1 beta program. The profiling functionality is not available in the 11.3.4 release of UniVerse.

Is there a write-up or video available with the steps to perform BASIC PROFILING??  I recall a presentation back during the UV12 BETA, but don't see it online.  It had stepped through capturing and analyzing the output.

In the both the 12.2.1 and 14.1.1 documentation sets, the UniVerse BASIC User Guide have a full chapter on using the BASIC profiling functionality. Hope that helps.

Sorry. I didn't realize from your post that you were aware of the documentation and had already reviewed. 

I don't know if that 12.2.1 beta recording is available. I will see what I can find.
