GUI Tools for Universe DB as Client

Can someone help for GUI tools (like SQL Server Management studio) for Universe DB? So that I can see list of tables and contents?

You can use SQL Server Management Studio tool with linked server setting to see the U2 tables and use openquery  statement to retrieve U2 data.
