Thanks for the suggestion. I primarily use Dynamic Connect, but that
doesn't work for me either.
I still think it's a system setting of some kind, since I cannot get it to
work from any emulator.

There are not many variables involved on Windows servers, as long as the BREAK option in Dynamic Connect is set to 'none' and the break key has not been explicitly disabled -

Thanks for the details. Using UniData I have the same settings as you
described, but still ignoring ^C. Then I decided to try using Telnet. ^C
worked! So I logged into my account and it suddenly did NOT work. So that
tells me that it is something in my LOGIN paragraph. Sure 'nuff, once I
turned UDT.OPTIONS 111 to OFF, it worked! So there *was* a setting that
blocked ctrl-C.(The setting is even called Ctrl C Ignore). (I copied the
setting from my client)
