When calling python a second time from the same session I get the dreaded MPD_MINALLOC error. I know there have been a few threads on this same error and the fix is REINIT.PYTHON set to OFF. We are on Universe 11.3.1 (on RH7) and our system does not appear to have that verb available is there a way to install that verb? I did attempt to add that to our VOC but it does not find it. The REINIT.PYTHON is present on my personal version loaded on my windows machine.

JR Moore,
A REINIT.PYTHON entry in the VOC is just a way to invoke a function built into UniVerse itself, so adding a VOC entry alone would not succeed as there is underlying functionlaity to be invoked. In order to use the command youi will need to upgrade :
UniVerse 11.3.2 release notices
UNV-28465 Beginning with this release, the new TCL REINIT.PYTHON command has been added to control the re-initialization of the Python environment. The available options to the command are ON/OFF/STATUS. The default value is ON. The STATUS option shows the current setting .

John:
Thanks for the prompt reply! We are currently running 11.3.1 and it looks like 11.4.1 is the latest release of version 11 what is the consensus on UV version 12?
