THere is always a first time .....

what the heck is this ??? 

RESIZE: FL_GRPRESIZ bit was set on group 0.  Not resizing file.

This means that a RESIZE on the file was interrupted and leaves parts of file inaccessible for write operations.

The problem itself is due to be fixed in the upcoming UniVese 11.4.1 release.

Currently the workaround is to open the file using filepeek, Clear the RESIZE bits using 'rcl' command and RESIZE the file again.
