A couple of years ago when we first set up a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 server these were the minimum values we used for the following kernel parameters,
SHMMAX 1073741824
SHMSEG 1024
SEMMSL 8
SEMMNI 256
This list might not be complete and maybe dated but its the best I can remember as I no longer work on a RHEL server.
