This program includes eight individual quizzes to assess your general knowledge of UniVerse

When you get a passing grade on the 8 subjects, you will receive a Credly badge which can be added to your linkedin or you can print a certificate as well

This is great.

However, how do I actually get to the certification. The link takes to a page on which I have to choose Customer/Partner/Staff - as a partner take that chose then end up on a page which seems to want to make me a sales person and provides no access to the content mentioned in this post. I sure its in there somewhere but I cannot find it.

Why can the link not take me direct to the content?

We will look into this, meanwhile if you want to create a Rocket Customer account with your personal email, you can access it that way.

Hello!

I completed the certification, but I’m having a hard time understanding how to accept the badge and add it to my LinkedIn profile.  The email I received only provides a link back to the course/quiz.

What am I missing?

Ignore me.  The second email showed up right after I posted this.  I just wasn’t patient enough.

Yes, I tried logging in as a customer and I have an account. When I login I get no errors but am returned to the “Select you role” page. I can also get to the page that displays the course and found the certificate course and when I choose that I get taken back to the “select your role” page. I tried the password reset - got the email that told me I cannot reset the password and to contact the site admin. At no stage am I told there’s a problem but I seem to be trapped in some authentication swamp.

Brian,   You should receive an email directly from admin@credly.com.   Perhaps it went to your junkmail

Hi John,

I checked your account and it is indeed a partner account. This indeed means that you will use SSO via the partner portal. It will redirect back to learn@rocketsoftware.com once you login.
