The Rocket® U2 Toolkit for .NET Provider offers a free .NET data provider interface for Rocket UniVerse and Rocket UniData®, while U2 Toolkit for .NET Developer adds the ability to develop in Microsoft® Visual Studio.

U2 Toolkit for .NET 3.1.1 enhancements and improvements include:

·       .NET 6 support streamlines code development for better performance

·       Entity Framework Core 6 support offers query enhancements, performance improvements, and a range of new features to minimize development time and costs

·       U2 .NET 6 and EF Core 6.0 drivers are now available on NuGet.org, allowing you to seamlessly update to the most recent U2 drivers

·       Visual Studio 2022 support for U2 Toolkit Data Provider only

·       TLSv1.3 protocol support for faster, performant, and more secure connections

There is a U2 knowledge article #000054269  to explain about how to install U2 Toolkit 3.1.1 package. it supports the installation from nuget.org or local source.

U2 Toolkit for .NET 3.1.1 provides with .NET 6 and .EF Core drivers to work with VS .NET Core environment.

Where do I go to find this article?

I am a consultant developer without my own RBC login. How can I find and download this toolkit?

You can download the driver from RBC without login or install the package from nuget.org source.
