Unidata 8.x - what created a lock?

Is there anything in the Unidata lock table that logs the specific program and line number where a READU lock was set?  If not, could that maybe be a recommendation?  We have the call stack available on SYSTEM(49) - or SYSTEM(9001) [I believe] on UV, so when the lock is set, it would be most useful to be able to know specifically what set it.
