I have been away from the U2 community for 15 years. Just downloaded the UV 11.4 trial Windows (2-user). How is it that I create another user to test remote login from the network? I looked at XAdmin but didn't see anything about users/logins there.

Users are managed in the Operating System, not in UniVerse. The only iuser-specific feature in UniVerse is that you can control which account a specific O/S user starts in. This is in XAdmin under 'Users'.
