Could someone explain why these messages appear and the shell window closes when I use Ctrl-C and then option D while running a Unibasic program?

We were having trouble with the debugger causing exceptions after upgrading to Universe 11.4.  It turned out there's a hot fix, uv.11.4.1.1002 that fixes it.  I'm not sure if this is the same issue but it's worth looking into.
