To access GCS (Google Cloud Storage) on Vertica v9.2.0-5 in a PoC
I try to set the generated keys as my credentials by setting GCSAuth as follows:
ALTER SESSION SET GCSAuth = 'id:secret';
However this produce an error: ROLLBACK 3787: Invalid value for parameter
The same for: SELECT set_config_parameter('GCSAuth', 'id:secret';
ALTER SESSION SET GCSAuth = ''; works with no error.
Any Ideas?

Did you "Enable “interoperability mode” in your bucket settings?
