Alter txtindex schema during the install process ....(probably came from legacy DB creation scripts)

Hi,
During the installation of 9.3.1-4 "fresh" db, there were 2 queries which failed. Probably they came from old legacy DB creation script. V_txtindex schema is existing.... Probably that should be corrected....
