I have a customer testing Cohesity for S3 compatible external tables. They believe they have successfully used EXPORT TO PARQUET to Cohesity S3. However, they receive a glob or missing directory/file error when trying to SELECT that data back from an external table. I tested their scenario on AWS S3 with no issues.
Is anyone aware of other customers using Cohesity for S3 external tables with success?
This is the first that I have heard of Cohisity.
I think Jawahar talked to Cohesity late last year because there was a customer trying to use it having problems using vbr to backup to it. Not sure where it was left off but he hadn't asked me to test it.
