Can Vertica database be migrated to any cloud database like Postgresql? Are there any utilities available to do the migration? I am talking about close to 1 TB of data?

Hi vasanthvk,
Just so you know, Vertica works in most cloud providers too.
Licenses are also portable: if you have 2 TB license, you can set 1 TB on-prem and 1 TB in the cloud).

If you already have a Vertica Database on prem; and if you want the same node count - and the same Vertica version - in the Cloud, all you do is backup the on-prem database; In the case of Azure, GCP or AWS, provision a n-node Vertica Cluster on MarketPlace and restore it in the Cloud - and then, if needed, manage the delta accrued at the source after the taken backup - and off you go
