Copy data from IQ to Vertica

I have about 250 tables. Im looking for a minimal effort way to copy the data from the IQ tables to the Vertica tables. The DDL has already been built and the layouts are the same between the tables in IQ and Vertica.
Is there some query I can write in IQ which will dump the data to a pipe and load it into Vertica?
