Copy data from Postgres to Vertica

We are using Postgres as our OLTP engine, and need a way to copy data from Postgres into Vertica for analytics.
Ive used the "copy from vertica" method to go between vertica instances, looking for something similar for Postgres. Is there such a thing, or if not, is there a utility/tool which can be used? Suggestions?
