Does Vertica support external table over parquet located in IBM cloud object store ?

We have a customer who is already using external table over HDFS.
They plan to use also external table over object store as they know S3 is already supported.
They are planning a pilot on IBM cloud and wonder if Vertica support external table queries over the IBM equivalent of S3.
Does Vertica support to do that over IBM cloud object store?

    If IBM cloud object store supports the S3 interface, it might work. Set AWSEndpoint to point at the appropriate URL. Otherwise, you should add on to the feature request for opening up the UDFS API. We don't have the bandwidth to support all the storage subsystems that people would like us to run on.
