Eon S3 message: file operation () was canceled

Seeing this error sometimes at a customer. It looks like a timeout, so is there a setting we can tune to help?
The error log message is something like the following:
Read failed in FileColumnReader: s3://mlp-infdba-ec2s3-blazeros2-us-east-1-prd-prd-a/dweon_data/86a/0269f012970b4e8979e5b98de7ffa9a90110000003f37f59_0.gt file operation () was canceled
