I am loading Jira Cloud data in JSON in Flex Table.
Some keys are arrays of another JSON.
Example:
customfield_10133:
{
    "0": {
        "id": "10130",
        "self": "https://...atlassian.net/rest/api/2/customFieldOption/10130",
        "value": "Phone number"
    },
    "1": {
        "id": "10131",
        "self": "https://...atlassian.net/rest/api/2/customFieldOption/10131",
        "value": "Email address"
    },
    "2": {
        "id": "10132",
        "self": "https://...atlassian.net/rest/api/2/customFieldOption/10132",
        "value": "Account creation IP"
    }
}

Is there a way in Vertica SQL to extract all values without knowing how many keys present
So output is like
customfield_10133: Phone number, Email address, Account creation IP
