In which 8.1.x version was LISTAGG introduced?

Hello,
According to the 8.1.x documentation LISTAGG should be available in v8.1.
But when executing a query (from Java) with LISTAGG I get this error:
SQL Error [3457] [42883]: [Vertica][VJDBC](3457) ERROR: Function LISTAGG(varchar) does not exist, or permission is denied for LISTAGG(varchar)

Searching StackOverflow I found a link to v9.1.x documentation stating the function was added in 9.1.1-4.

So is it available in any current patch-level of 8.1?

It is a new feature introduced in 9.1. So it will not be available in 8.1

Hi. LISTAGG was added initially in 9.2 and later backported to 9.1.1-4. There are no 8.1.x backport plans at the moment. Sorry for the confusion. I filed an internal ticket to fix the documentation.
