Vertica analytics Database: v23.4.x
Situation:
After upgrading the Vertica cluster from 23.3 to 23.4, io_read_kbytes_per_second and io_written_kbytes_per_second columns in the v_monitor.system_resource_usage table are always null and no longer populated.
