Situation:
Noticing these following errors frequently in one of the Vertica cluster,
kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-22): error count since last fsck: 63
kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-23): Delayed block allocation failed for inode 195035430 at logical offset 4096 with max blocks 1000 with error 5
EXT4-fs (dm-23): This should not happen!! Data will be lost
kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-22): initial error at time 1720245771: ext4_mb_generate_buddy:758
kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-22): last error at time 1720250603: ext4_mb_generate_buddy:758
