The Keycloak idle session timeout is set to 30 minutes, causing automatic logouts from Keycloak even if users are active on MC pages. To prevent this, increase the "SSO Session Idle" value in the Keycloak admin console. Additionally, ensure Vertica MC is upgraded to match the Vertica server version.
