Cannot enable tm services as the database keeps saying it is in READ ONLY mode
Environment
Vertica Analytics Database: version 12.x
Situation
The database fails to make any changes to its configuration on database level. Any attempt to make a change to configuration parameters results in below error -
ROLLBACK: Cannot issue this command in a read-only transaction
