Vertica Analytics Database: v24.4.x and higher

 
Situation

Vertica Query Plan Change when a view is created on Top of a table with few extra null columns.
Using more memory and the query is failing with "join inner did not fit into the memory". Adding the extra colums in the view as an example

SELECT
NULL::date AS column_null_1,
NULL AS column_null_2,
NULL AS column_null_3, 
...
