Vertica Analytics Database: v23.4
Situation
Vertica throws below error which is unusual in nature while running a materialized with clause query. This error doesn't happen if the query is isn't materialized -
SQL Error [5038] [22023]: [Vertica][VJDBC](5038) ERROR: Timezone "b0" not recognized
